I dont think that we will recover as quickly as we have in the past. I think that a lot of people that live in this area are stupid and they just want to keep spending money that they dont have and there not going to change the way they need to. They think that things will just go back to how they are, they like they always do, without working or changing anything.
The writer thinks that people need to create jobs for themselves. If they dont have degrees or they cant find work anywhere, then they need to make it happen themselves. In the article, it talks about a family that kills pigs, and sells them fresh to other immagrants and mexican families. As disgusting as that is, there a family thats making it work. They didnt go to college and earn a degree, they dont have a lot of options, but there using what they do have and making it work.
The people that are doing jobs like that and working for themselves, are risk takers. and in a time like this, its a scary thing to be taking risks but it's what needs to be done. And i agree with the writer on this. If there arn't any companies that are going to be hiring you, make it happen yourself. stop waiting around. As soon as people figure that out, save their money and start doing what they need to be doing, than i think we can get back to recovery.

research paper
The 3 topis that i want to choose from for my research paper are obesity, marriage and divorce and advertising and body language. All of these subjects interest me. I want to be a personal trainer, so i think learning about obesity would be an interesting topic for me. I could learn about what makes people obese and how to prevent it. Most people in America are suffering from obesity and i want to learn why and hoe to change the cycle.
Marriage and divorce would be cool to learn about because most couples get divorced now. It's common to see people going through divorces and i want to learn the reasons why. My parents are still together and i want to learn how to make a marriage work.
Advertising and body image would be good to talk about because im pretty sure it effects every girl, everywhere. Were always looking at beautiful models thath ave amazing bodies and everything else that we have to live up to. so it would be cool to be able to read and learn about all of that.

budget
This budget is going to effect everyone. It's a $41 billion gap that they are trying to close up. It took them 5 days of nonstop negotiating, and finally they came to an agreement on a budget that raises taxes, cuts into services and borrows far into the future, leaving almost every person in the state effected in some way. At first the plan failed to gain the two-thirds majority approval required by California state law to pass through the legislature.
Finally in the end, they made a few compromises to satisfy the needs of the republicans. The budget contains $15 billion in spending cuts, $12.8 billion in temporary tax increases, $11.4 billion in new borrowing, and the creation of a $1 billion reserve fund. The intention is that if the state receives anticipated federal funds, the borrowing will be reduced by half, some of the tax increases will be trimmed and some cut spending would be restored.
The new taxes are set for 2 years for now, but they can extend that to four years at anytime.
so all in all, this does effect us because of the taxes we will have to pay in the next few years.

organ donors
People think they should be able to sell their organs for money. But i dont think they should be able to because, its not like you can sell your blood when you donate it, so if your donating your organs then you should just donate them to be nice.
No nowrman family that needs organs would be able to afford that. And if a child is in need, and it is a life or death situation and there a broke family, a childs life shouldnt depend on how much money their family has.
